Do you want to be the coolest person at the next holiday get together? How about bringing a stuffed alligator! We will work together to ensure your gator is the right size and stuffed with whatever you desire. It will come cleaned, brined, stuffed and ready for the grill or smoker! Alligators must be custom ordered and allow minimum 3 weeks for delivery.  Alligator will weigh 8-12 pounds plus stuffed to capacity with your choice of boudin.  Upgrades in size are available and prices and stock vary.  Call or email for an estimate.
